Etgar Keret: three years after Hamas massacre, Israel is a different country
Israeli writer Etgar Keret tells TVN24+ how the October 7 Hamas attack transformed Israel. He recounts the story of a taxi driver whose 12-year-old son saw something on his phone that caused him to grind his teeth for four months until they wore to dust. Keret says the phone has become Israelis' coffin — a tool transmitting trauma and death directly into homes. He argues that Israel three years after the massacre is a deeply changed society living in constant fear.
