Air conditioning on holiday: when can you claim compensation?
You pay thousands of zlotys for vacation, but the air conditioning only works during certain hours or fails to cool the room to the promised temperature. What matters is what the travel agency contract or hotel regulations say. If conditions differ from the seller's promises, the tourist has the right to file a complaint and seek compensation.
