Russia shells Liberia-flagged ship in Odesa port; one sailor killed

Russian forces attacked a cargo ship moored at a port in Odesa region on Saturday. One sailor was killed and three others wounded in the shelling. Ukraine's Maritime Ports Administration confirmed the vessel was flying a Liberian flag.
