U.S. to loan Vistra 4.2 billion dollars for nuclear energy development

U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright will announce Monday a 4.2 billion dollar loan to Vistra to increase generating capacity at its nuclear plant on Lake Erie in Ohio. Reuters reported the announcement citing anonymous sources. It is one of the largest federal nuclear energy loans in U.S. history.
