Half a million people march in Madrid to protest housing crisis

Massive demonstrations took place in Madrid over Spain's housing crisis, with organizers estimating around 500,000 people in the streets. The protests responded to rejection of laws on affordable housing. Similar rallies occurred simultaneously in around 50 other Spanish cities.
