Volkswagen crashes into bus near Puławy; driver killed, four hospitalized
On Saturday, October 3, on provincial road 801 between Puławy and Dęblin, a 76-year-old Volkswagen Polo driver emerged from the forest directly into an MZK bus, failing to yield right of way. The man died at the scene despite resuscitation efforts, and his wife was taken to a hospital in Puławy. Seven people were on the bus — a sober 58-year-old driver and passengers including children were injured and taken to hospitals.
