E-Delivery from October 1: missing address won't trigger penalties

E-Delivery becomes mandatory from October 1, but businesses without a configured address will continue receiving official correspondence in paper form — this also applies to inactive addresses. The ministry reported portal overload and recommends waiting with activation until the system runs more smoothly. An address can be set up via mObywatela, a bank, or another entity linked to CEIDG.
