Autumn sheep drives on Podhalu begin October 3, drawing thousands

The first Saturday of October marks the traditional autumn redyki on Podhalu — ceremonial processions in which shepherds bring sheep down from mountain pastures. This year's events run from October 3 through early November. For several years these gatherings have attracted thousands of tourists from across Poland.
