South Korea threatens Ukraine with further steps over prisoner disclosure
South Korean President Lee Jae-myung announced on social media "additional steps" if Ukraine does not apologize for revealing information about North Korean prisoners of war being handed over. Zelenskyy's chief of staff Kyrylo Budanov previously stated that North Korean soldiers fighting in Russia are learning from this war to prepare for conflicts in their own region. The matter has triggered diplomatic tension between Seoul and Kyiv.
