Maldives raise taxes on foreign travel agencies from 2026

The Maldives are among the most popular holiday destinations for Poles. New tax regulations for foreign tourism companies operating on the archipelago came into effect on 1 October 2026. The changes could result in higher prices for Maldives trips for tourists.
