Glapiński: inflation above target, NBP will not cut rates soon

He described the mood in the Monetary Policy Council as "hawkish," indicating no inclination to cut interest rates. Glapiński noted that the NBP has no influence on energy prices but will not allow inflation to become entrenched above target.
