87% of children experienced peer violence, psychologist on scale of phenomenon
According to a report by the Foundation "Dajemy dzieciom siłę," 87% of children and teenagers have experienced peer violence. Psychologist and school pedagogue Patrycja Podgórska emphasizes that violence is an escalating process that is difficult to stop—especially online. In recent days, several serious incidents occurred: a 13-year-old from Książki had a bayonet in his backpack and planned an attack, an 11-year-old from Podlasia attacked a younger girl with a hatchet, and in Slovakia a 13-year-old student wounded a female student and two teachers with a knife, one of whom died.
