Prosecutor opens inquiry into Constitutional Court irregularities

The National Prosecutor's office has taken up a complaint from judge Sławomir Patyra regarding conduct at the Constitutional Court. The charges concern manual manipulation of judicial panels by Constitutional Court president Bogdan Święczkowski. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek stated that citizens have the right to know what has happened at the Constitutional Court in recent months.
