Drunk 27-year-old drove Seat without front wheel in Białogarda

At night in Białogarda, witnesses spotted a Seat driving without a front wheel and with visible damage, and followed it to call police. The driver parked at a shop and left on foot, but police dog Bruno tracked the officers to the 27-year-old. Testing showed over 1.3 per mil of alcohol in the man's blood, and he also had no valid driver's license.
