USA rules out economic cooperation with Russia while war in Ukraine continues

Washington has ruled out any serious economic cooperation with Moscow until Russian aggression against Ukraine ends, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. The move amounts to an economic ultimatum from the United States toward Russia. Peskov confirmed the condition is known to and taken into account by the Kremlin.
