Kubilius: Russian attack on NATO arms factories will trigger Article 5

EU defence commissioner Andrius Kubilius warned that if Russia attacks weapons factories in NATO states, the alliance will respond "very painfully" and invoke Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty. The statement responds to Moscow's threats against European defence industry. Kubilius stressed that NATO has appropriate collective defence mechanisms.
