Transport of 160 pigs with faulty braking system stopped on Route 19

On Wednesday, inspectors from WITD in Lublin stopped a trailer carrying 160 pigs on national road 19 in Kopanin (Lubartów county). Technical inspection revealed serious defects: all three brake discs on the left side were severely worn and corroded, one brake actuator was unscrewed and non-functional, and two tires on the same side were damaged and worn. The carrier was from Podlaskie province.
