E-Delivery becomes mandatory for businesses from October 1

From October 1, 2026, all businesses must use the e-Delivery system — an electronic equivalent of registered mail with delivery confirmation for communicating with government offices. The transition period has ended for many companies. Failure to comply could result in legal consequences; businesses must set up an e-Delivery mailbox.
