Minimum wage rises to 4950 PLN gross in 2027, but may lose value

From 2027, Poland's minimum wage will be 4950 PLN gross. If inflation rises faster than wages, however, workers may experience a real drop in purchasing power — for the second year running. Employers face growing uncertainty over labor costs.
