At least 32 children dead from measles and malaria in Indian district
Since May, at least 32 children have died in Balaghat district in India — inhabited mainly by tribal communities — from an epidemic of measles and malaria. The area is remote and poorly connected, hampering access to medical aid for the sick. Cases are concentrated in remote areas, far from major centers.
