Russia attacks Ukraine with drones targeting power lines

Russia has begun using drones equipped with a specialized payload designed to cut and destroy high-voltage power lines in Ukraine. The new attack method poses a particular threat to Ukrainian electrical infrastructure, on which millions of people depend for heating and electricity.
