Mother arrested after 4-month-old Luna found dead in LA dumpster

Takiyah Babers was arrested by Los Angeles police on suspicion of murder after the body of 4-month-old Luna was found in a trash container in the south part of the city. The arrest took place on Tuesday. The case is ongoing.
