EU to probe whether to ban far-right party ESN and its funding

Six people appointed by EU institutions will begin proceedings on Thursday into a possible ban on the European party Europa Suwerennych Narodów (ESN) and withdrawal of its EU funding. Details of the procedure were revealed in an internal memo obtained by POLITICO. ESN is classified as a far-right party at the European level.
