US confirms withdrawal of two brigades from Europe and considers base in Poland

The United States officially confirmed the withdrawal of two military brigades from Europe, returning presence levels to those before the Ukraine war outbreak. At the same time, the Pentagon says it is analysing possibilities for establishing a permanent American military base in Poland.
