Daylight saving time ends: when do we turn back our clocks?

This year the switch from summer to winter time occurs earlier than last year. Clocks will be turned back one hour on the last Sunday of October, which — at least in theory — means an extra hour of sleep. Poland has debated abolishing daylight saving time for years, but the obligation remains in effect.
