UODO fines man for surveillance camera recording neighbor's property

The President of the Office for Personal Data Protection imposed another financial penalty on a citizen for illegally recording a neighbor using an installed surveillance camera. A similar case from July the same year ended in a sanction exceeding 26,000 PLN. The supervisory authority found a violation of an order issued by UODO.
