Five-year sentence in deaths of Agatka and her father in Wola Solecka
The District Court in Lipsk sentenced a 26-year-old Mazda driver to 5 years in prison for a February 2024 accident in Wola Solecka (Mazovian province). The man struck a three-person family walking on the roadside — 52-year-old teacher Zbyszek and his 15-year-old daughter Agatka were killed, and the mother was hospitalized with serious injuries. In court, the driver apologized to the victims' families.
