Carney accuses American owner of Stelco of betraying Canadian workers
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney criticized US company Cleveland-Cliffs, owner of Stelco steel mill, for laying off workers—a decision the company partly attributed to tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump.
