EU Court rejects Poland's bid to suspend EU trade deal with Mercosur

The Court of Justice of the EU rejected Poland's request on Tuesday for temporary suspension of the European Union's trade agreement with the South American bloc Mercosur. The request was part of a broader Polish complaint against the agreement. The court said its ruling in the main case will be issued at a later date.
