Trial in Dominik's death at scout camp: court seals case
A trial began in Wolsztyn (Greater Poland province) against a troop leader and lifeguard responsible for the death of 15-year-old Dominik, who died at a scout camp during a nighttime fitness test. The court made a controversial decision to seal the proceedings. Judge Łukasz Sozański told journalists that the family of the deceased contested the way the case was being reported, while acknowledging he did not know which articles were meant and found none in the case file.
