Manchester City guilty of financial rule breaches over nine Premier League seasons

An independent commission found Manchester City guilty of all charges of serious breaches of Premier League financial rules over nine seasons (–), and of most charges related to failure to cooperate with the League's investigation. Penalties will be considered separately. This is one of the biggest financial scandals in English football history.
