Ukrainian steel industry in crisis: no steel produced in a week

Oleksandr Vodoviz, head of the office of the Metinvest group president, reported that Russian attacks have destroyed absolutely all Ukrainian metallurgical plants. In September, for an entire week Ukraine failed to produce a single ton of steel for the first time in 100 years. The metallurgical industry, a key sector of the Ukrainian economy, is in critical condition.
