Farmer who plowed road in Gliwice faces court

Józef Magiera, 60, drove a tractor onto a newly built road on Rybacka Street in Gliwice on August 7 and plowed a section of asphalt. On October 1, his lawyer, Adam Szewc, will request the lifting of preventive measures and return of the confiscated tractor. The prosecutor opposes both requests.
