Unused 2025 vacation must be taken by September 30, 2026

Employers are required to grant employees unused vacation from 2025 by September 30, 2026 at the latest. Violations carry fines of 2,000 to 60,000 zloty. Unused vacation days do not automatically expire after this deadline.
