Hackers breach Pentagon database, expose data of 3 million people

Unauthorized access to the Pentagon's database led to the disclosure of data belonging to nearly 3 million people, including Social Security numbers, ABC News reported on Tuesday citing a source in the department. The FBI recruitment portal also suffered a separate data breach. This is one of the most serious security incidents in the history of the U.S. federal administration.
