RBA raises rates to 4.60%: highest level in 15 years

The Reserve Bank of Australia raised its cash rate by 25 basis points to 4.60%, in line with market expectations. It's the fourth increase this year and the highest borrowing cost in around 15 years. The Australian dollar initially gained on the decision but quickly gave back the gains.
