Piotr Moczulski's brother reaches Philippines and meets him

A government aircraft sent by the Ministry of National Defense reached the Philippines, where severely injured Piotr Moczulski is staying. His brother Tomasz met him after more than two years apart. Nearly 40 specialists also held a meeting to discuss details of Piotr's transport to Poland.
