Butter may cost 9.50 zloty per block by November

Butter prices are rising sharply — in the first half of September, the average price of a block increased by 13.1 percent compared to August. Experts estimate that by November a block will cost as much as 9.50 zloty. The price increase results from growing production costs and demand in European markets.
