Utah death row inmate freed after 40 years: DNA clears him

A judge in Utah ordered the release on bail of a 71-year-old man who spent decades on death row. Prosecutors said newly analyzed DNA evidence does not point to him as the perpetrator. The man will go free after more than 40 years of waiting for execution.
