Australian activist missing in Cambodia, family urges government help

Tran Hiep, a 50-year-old Australian-Vietnamese anti-trafficking and democracy activist, has not been heard from since September 18, when he traveled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia for a meeting with human rights defenders. He was supposed to return to Bangkok and reconnect with his wife Chloe Dang, but contact was lost. Hiep's wife has appealed to the Albanese government for immediate intervention and to bring her husband home.
