Infantino ready to increase payments to federations from FIFA reserves

FIFA President Gianni Infantino signaled in a letter to the heads of six confederations his willingness to increase payouts to national football associations from the organization's 6 billion dollar cash reserves. UEFA and CONCACAF had demanded 10 million dollars per member, but Infantino did not commit to that specific amount. The letter is a response to mounting pressure from regional football confederations.
