Reconstruction of 7-year-old boy's death at Fala pool in Łódź
Investigators conducted a reconstruction of the tragic drowning of a 7-year-old boy at the Fala Aquapark in Łódź. They examined two scenarios: lifeguards stationed on towers, or lifeguards moving along the pool. Prosecutor Paweł Jasiak of the Łódź District Prosecutor's Office confirmed the aim is to recreate supervision conditions to determine whether negligence occurred. The incident happened despite lifeguards being present.
