Complaint against Constitutional Court president Święczkowski filed

Constitutional Court judge Sławomir Patyra filed a complaint with Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek alleging a crime by Constitutional Court president Bogdan Święczkowski. This may trigger a motion to strip Święczkowski of immunity. According to reports, it was meant to be the first step in the ruling coalition's plan to take control of the Constitutional Court.
