Black oil-derived substance washes up on Baltic beaches from Rowy to Rusinów

Black, sticky oil-derived substances have appeared on Baltic beaches along a stretch from Rowy (Pomeranian province) to Rusinów (West Pomeranian province). The Maritime Office in Słupsk collected samples for testing and is conducting an investigation. Tourists and beachgoers are asked to be careful and avoid contact with unidentified substances.
