EU sanctions those responsible for deporting Ukrainian children

The European Union has imposed sanctions on those responsible for the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia. Children were taken from families and transported to Russian territory. The sanctions are a response to actions the EU considers a violation of international law.
