Advanced microelectronics lab opens at Warsaw University of Technology
The Center for Advanced Materials and Technology at Warsaw University of Technology has launched a modern microelectronics and photonics laboratory — the next step in building Poland's semiconductor production line. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski discussed manufacturing domestic microprocessors that could serve the defense industry, among others. The government has not yet decided on the next phase of investment included in Poland's technological sovereignty plan.
