Russia strikes Kyiv and Kharkiv with 165 drones, deaths reported

On the night of September 27–28, the Russian military launched 165 attack drones toward Ukraine. Attacks targeted Kyiv, Kharkiv and several other regions. Dozens of people were wounded across the country, with fatalities reported.
