Repeat offender stole branded clothing worth 1 million złoty from Poznań garage
On the night of September 5, police in Poznań's Wilda district detained a 46-year-old repeat offender driving a stolen Mercedes Vito with forged license plates. In the cargo area they found 136 pairs of shoes, nearly 100 jackets, and clothing accessories worth approximately 1 million złoty — the haul from a break-in at a garage in a nearby underground parking lot. The Mercedes had been stolen earlier in Oborniki in April. The man barricaded himself in the vehicle and had to be subdued by force.
