Sybiha on Oleshaky: people won't survive on statements of concern alone

Residents of Russian-occupied areas of Kherson region, including Oleshaky, are cut off from food and medical aid blocked by Russian forces. Ukrainian foreign minister Andrij Sybiha called on the international community to take concrete action, not merely express concern. The humanitarian situation in those areas is critical.
