Two men hit 14-year-old in Kościerzyna and asked: "Did we hit you?"
In Kościerzyna, two young men in an Audi hit a 14-year-old riding a scooter. The incident was recorded by a TVP Info camera. The driver left but returned minutes later. Reporter Miłosz Sieliwończyk revealed that the perpetrators asked the victim, "Did we hit you?", rather than offering assistance.
